This is the setting for a 19th-century hotel property, approximately 1,000 square meters, which in recent months has undergone a complete renovation, scheduled for completion in 2024.

This was not a superficial intervention, but a project that encompassed every aspect of the property, with the aim of bringing it up to current standards without altering its identity.

Today, the property boasts twelve generously sized rooms, designed to offer tangible and immediate comfort. Each room has been completely renovated, with new bathrooms, air conditioning, a safe, and a minibar.

Access is managed via an electronic card, with a programmable system, while maintaining the option of a traditional key for security.

The common areas have also been redesigned with the same logic. The American-style bar area was designed as a place to linger, not just pass by: welcoming spaces, a spacious terrace, and the ability to offer high-quality service, already established and operational. It's a space that can accommodate both hotel guests and external customers, which isn't always a given in similar contexts.

The restaurant is probably one of the most interesting features. The large windows overlooking the river create a very natural atmosphere, easily exploited from a commercial perspective.

At the same time, the setting and history allow for a coherent narrative, an increasingly important element in the international market.
